Bundled or separate policies compared across carriers, with replacement-cost explanations and deductible trade-offs laid out in a side-by-side summary. We review coverage annually at renewal and alert you when significant changes in your home value or vehicle use make current limits inadequate. Flood and earthquake coverage gaps are flagged proactively, not discovered at claim time.
Commercial package
General liability, commercial property, and workers' compensation coordinated so coverage boundaries between policies are clear, not contested at claim time. We review operations annually to catch coverage gaps created by new services, locations, or contractors. Certificates of insurance are issued within one business day of request.
Renewal review
Annual comparison shopping across your current carrier and alternatives, with a coverage tune-up when your operations, assets, or exposures have changed since last year. We send renewal reminders 60 days ahead so there is time to requote without a coverage gap. Renewal meetings are 30 minutes, not a phone call asking you to sign.
Claims advocacy
Guidance on first notice of loss documentation, communication with the adjuster, and follow-up through claim settlement. We review settlement offers before you accept them and explain your rights under the policy if the offer is below documented loss. Our involvement at claim time has no additional charge beyond your ongoing relationship.

No. We are an independent agency appointed with multiple carriers licensed in your state. This means we shop the market at renewal rather than defending a single company's rates. We disclose all carrier relationships on request.
Commission from carriers is our primary compensation, at no additional cost to you beyond the premium. Fee-based arrangements are available for complex commercial accounts where we prefer to separate compensation from placement. All compensation is disclosed on request.
Yes for common commercial bond needs including performance, payment, and license bonds. Specialty surety — court, fidelity, or large construction programmes — is referred to specialist brokers with whom we maintain working relationships.
Claims history affects placement and pricing but does not automatically disqualify you. We know which carriers are more forgiving of certain loss types and present your history in the most accurate context. We do not recommend withholding material facts.
